Home as Art

THE AUTUMN EDIT · 2026
Your home deserves more than beautiful décor.
Each piece begins as an original painting before being hand-painted into a functional object inspired by the UNESCO-recognized art of Petrykivka.
Created to be used. Crafted to be cherished.
THE STORY BEHIND THE ART
Petrykivka is more than decoration — it is a Ukrainian art form recognized by UNESCO as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
For centuries, its floral motifs have carried symbols of life, harmony, and protection.
A tradition once painted on the walls of Ukrainian homes now enters contemporary interiors in a new form.
Each Home as Art piece is individually hand-painted by artist Kateryna Kryvolap, transforming this living heritage into a one-of-a-kind object to be used, displayed, and cherished.
From heritage to everyday art.

About the Artist
Kateryna Kryvolap is a Ukrainian-Canadian artist whose work bridges traditional heritage and contemporary expression.
Her work has been exhibited internationally across North America, Europe, and Asia, including New York, Paris, and Seoul, and is held in private collections worldwide.
A member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, she is known for reimagining Petrykivka through her own distinctive contemporary visual language.
With Home as Art, Kateryna brings that same artistic practice beyond the canvas, individually hand-painting each object as a one-of-a-kind work created to live in the home.
Not simply décor — original art shaped by the artist’s hand.
