The rhythm is simple:
Inhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Exhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
This steady breathing pattern helps slow the body and bring the mind back into balance.
HOW THIS PRACTICE WORKS
Instead of using a timer, simply trace the square with your finger and follow the arrows as you breathe.
Each side of the square guides one step of the breathing cycle, turning the exercise into a calm, visual ritual.
